Terms and Conditions
We only accept payment by debit/credit card or PayPal through this website. An email will be sent to you confirming receipt of the order. Orders are dealt with in the order they are received.
We try to maintain stock levels on all products and hope to avoid any stock shortages; however this can sometimes occur during busy times and for new products. If this happens, you will be notified via email and given the choice of receiving the items as soon as we get them, for no additional postage cost or receiving a refund. You can ask for a refund on an out of stock item at any time and it will then be removed from your order.
We aim to offer a fast service, dispatching any orders placed before 3pm the same day (except for weekends and bank holidays, where orders will be process the next working day and Thursday's after 1oclock when orders will be posted Friday's). Please note for "out of season stock", parcels may be dispatched the following day. If there is going to be a delay in dispatching your goods (eg. a large part of your order is out of stock), we will let you know and advise you of the expected dispatch date. Items are posted via Royal Mail, first class, items weighing over 2kg maybe sent Standard Parcel (managers discretion).
Postage costs to mainland UK are:
Goods Value £14.99 and under £2.90
Goods Value £15-£44.99 £3.95
Good Value over £45 Free
For delivery outside mainland UK, please select the appropriate delivery area (i.e. Europe, Worldwide) and the website will automatically calculate the postage, based on your purchases.
Prices of goods and delivery shown include British VAT (Value Added Tax), where applicable. A VAT receipt will be sent along with your goods.
Customer Loyalty Scheme. Collect 1 point for every £1 spent. When you reach 120 points a £10 voucher will automatically be sent to you. (Points can be collected online and in store)
RETURNS POLICY
Should any of your order be unsuitable we will be happy to exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. Items are returned at your expense. Items should be returned unused, undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging.
Refunds are entirely at the discretion of Kards & Krafts. Please email us before returning goods, stating your reasons.
In the rare event of faulty goods being received, please contact us immediately. Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Any reasonable postage costs incurred in the return of faulty goods will be refunded. We cannot be held liable for goods lost in transit whilst being returned to us. This does not affect your statutory rights. Packages leave Kards & Krafts in perfect condition.

Fees include all materials and refreshments.
Booking can be made via phone, post (with cheque) or in person.
Full payment is required at time of booking.

Adult courses are open to over 16 year olds, exceptions may be made for younger children, with participating adults, please check first.
For five week courses: We can offer a holiday system whereas if you were away at any time during that period we would only charge you for the weeks used as long as we know before the block starts,
there is however no refund for classes missed due to ill health, work/personal commitments etc.
